OUR STORE POLICY

Merchandise may be returned within 10 days of receiving the item for Store Credit ONLY, excluding: Twin and CalKing items, Pine Cone Hill curtain panels, Bella Notte curtain panels, all Bella Notte New Primrose, Coral and Bordeaux, cut yardage, artwork, towels, pillow or duvet inserts, area rugs, dinnerware, glassware, pottery, loungewear, vintage signs, mattresses, hygiene products, fragrant candles and soaps, picture frames, bedscarves, jewelry, baskets and any item custom finished, custom sized or items customized in any way. If you are at all uncertain if what you are ordering is considered custom, please contact us to verify.

Also no returns/exchanges on any orders placed for exclusive colors, whether in stock or special ordered.

If for any reason your custom furniture piece does not arrive with the specifications that you selected when ordering, or the item(s) arrive damaged, Cottage Chic reserves the right to have the item(s) replaced and reshipped at no additional charge to you. Please contact us immediately if this occurs so that we can get the replacement in the works as soon as possible.

When returning/exchanging items, customer is responsible for shipping costs. Items cannot be returned without an issued RA # and all items must be returned in their original packaging. Items may be exchanged one time per order, multiple exchanges are not accepted.

No exchanges or store credits allowed on custom orders.

Any DISCOUNTED or ON SALE items are FINAL SALES and are non-refundable and non-returnable.

We do our best to correctly price items displayed on our website. However, should there be a difference in price, we will notify you before finalizing your order.

Cottage Chic will provide approximate shipping amounts but these are estimates only. If you wish to get an exact freight quote, please allow us up to 24 hours to respond so we can provide you with the most accurate rate at the lowest possible cost.

Once an order has been placed online, an automatic $13 shipping charge is applied to the order. This $13 only applies to the following items; bedding, hygiene products, fragrant candles, soaps, loungewear, dinnerware, glassware, pottery and bath items. We will provide estimated shipping amounts for any furniture, lamp, artwork, vintage sign, mattress and picture frame orders.

No personal information is required for you to browse our web site, only when you place an order. We use the information you provide to process and ship orders and contact you if necessary. You may choose to sign up for our mailing list, but rest assured that we will never share or sell your information with any third parties.
